Product Return Procedures

– Fill out the form below and we will email you a return shipping label.  Check your spam folder if you do not see it in a day or two…
– You may return the item up to 90 days from the purchase date. All returns must be authorized in advance. 
– For Warranty and exchanges when purchased through SoftStartRV directly, and outside of our 90-day return window, contact our tech support team to verify the unit qualifies for an exchange or refund.
– If you purchased through Amazon or one of our Resellers, Distributors or Dealers please use their return procedures.
– For Warranty or exchanges, contact the company you purchased from. They will exchange your unit for a new one. We will then replenish their inventory.

NOTE: We will not issue a refund until the product is returned to us.  Kindly allow 10 to 20 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.  Thanks for your understanding.
